PBR Express Logistics is a Newcastle courier and freight company, and a trading name of PBR Group Pty Ltd. We’re based in Birmingham Gardens, NSW, and we move, store and ship goods for local businesses and individuals.
Who we are
We’re a local team working from 13 Rae St, Birmingham Gardens, in Newcastle’s western suburbs near Jesmond, Wallsend and the University of Newcastle’s Callaghan campus. Our customers range from trades, retailers and online stores to manufacturers, wholesalers and offices, along with individuals who need a one-off delivery.
We keep things simple. You tell us what needs to move, we confirm the price before we collect, and the same people look after your job from the first call to the final delivery.
What we do
We offer four services, and many customers use more than one of them:
- Same-day courier: urgent documents, parcels and small freight collected and delivered on the same business day.
- Road freight: cartons, pallets and bulky goods moved by road, as one-off jobs or regular runs.
- Warehousing and fulfilment: storage for your stock, with picking, packing and dispatch of your orders.
- International freight: air and sea freight arranged with our carrier partners, from booking to delivery at your door.
How we work
- Quote first. We confirm the price before we collect anything, so there are no surprises.
- Honest timeframes. We tell you what’s achievable for your route before we book the job.
- One team. The people who quote your job are the people you call about it.
- Proof of delivery. You receive confirmation once your delivery is signed for.
- Clear updates. We let you know when your freight is collected and delivered.
